Service Guidelines
Follow our few, simple guidelines to ensure the best experience for your trash and recycling removal service.
Set-Out Time:
Set your bin (and recyclables) outside your door by 7 PM on pickup days (Sunday-Thursday).
Prep Steps:
- Tie It Tight: Securely tie trash bags to prevent spills. NOTE: Bags must fit inside the bin or be neatly placed on top for pickup.
- Recycle Right: Use clear bags for recyclables and set them next to your bin.
- Break It Down: Flatten cardboard boxes for collection.
What We Don’t Take:
- Sharp materials (like broken glass or needles)
- Furniture or bulky items (sofas, tables, etc.)
- Electronics (TVs, monitors, etc.)
- Hazardous items (paint, chemicals, etc.)
- Yard waste or leaking bags
- Pet waste unless it’s double-bagged
Quick Reminder:
If your trash doesn’t meet the guidelines, you’ll receive a notice explaining what needs to be fixed.
