What time should I set out my trash?

Set your trash and recyclables out by 7 PM on pickup days.

Does Valet Trash recycle?

Recycling availability varies by community. Please check with your leasing office for details. Use clear recycling bags for glass, aluminum, paper, and plastic. Flatten cardboard and place all recyclables neatly next to your bin.

What if I miss a pickup?

We’ll see you next time! Just be sure to set everything out before 7 PM.

What happens if my trash isn’t picked up?

You will receive a friendly notice explaining the issue.

What if my bin is damaged?

Contact your leasing office for a replacement.

Which holidays does Valet Trash observe?

Valet Trash does not provide service on the following holidays:

• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day 
• Independence Day 
• Labor Day 
• Thanksgiving Day 
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day 
• New Year’s Eve 
• New Year’s Day

If your regular pickup falls on one of these dates, please plan accordingly. Service will resume on the next scheduled pickup day.
